Our service department employs dedicated staff members, coordinating the assistance service both as on customer site support as well as remote service. Service personnel involve a team of specialised engineers in mechanics and electronics. They are based in Italy but they are used to travel worldwide. The role of the service department is consequently to manage the customer interface and to internally organize the most suitable resources to let the customer be always a priority.
